In short: Hasarla Desktop and Hasarla KO run on your device. Your screen captures, photos and game saves never leave it. No account, no ads, no tracking. The only data that reaches us: your order if you buy, your device label if you activate a key, and your email if you write to us.
Who we are
This site, Hasarla Desktop and Hasarla KO are owned by [Satıcının adı ya da unvanı], who is also the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
Hasarla Desktop (Windows app)
- Screen capture. Hasarla processes the picture of your screen on your device only. The captured picture, the damage you do and the video of the last 12 seconds are never sent anywhere. Saving a picture or video, copying it to the clipboard and sharing it are entirely up to you.
- Microphone. “Shout and break” is off by default. If you turn it on, Hasarla only measures how loud you are; nothing is recorded, your words are not recognised, and nothing is sent anywhere.
- Settings stay on your device, in the app's own folder.
- Internet. The app only goes online for a Premium key: when you enter it, when it checks the key (at most once a week) and when you remove a device. At those moments your key and a label that tells this device apart (such as your computer's name and Windows version) go to Lemon Squeezy's licence server; the label lets you tell your devices apart in the licence list. If you haven't bought Premium, the app never goes online.
- Microsoft Store. If you install from the Store, Microsoft handles the download and updates under its own privacy statement.
Hasarla KO (browser game)
- The game runs in your browser. Once its files are downloaded, it opens without an internet connection too. The game only downloads files from its own address.
- Photos and camera. If you use a photo or your camera in the game, the face processing happens entirely on your device. The photo is never sent to any server; the original photo isn't stored, only the character the game makes is kept in this browser.
- Your saves, settings and records stay in this browser's storage only. If you clear your browser data, they're gone too.
- Pro key. If you enter a key, it is checked with Lemon Squeezy's licence server together with a label that tells this device apart.
- Sharing. Saving and sharing the card, GIF or video is up to you.
Chrome extension
Hasarla's Chrome extension hasn't been released yet. Before it is, this section will be added with the data the extension handles.
Purchases
- Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for every sale: it handles payment, invoices and tax. Your card details never reach us. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy also applies.
- When you buy, Lemon Squeezy shows us your order: your name, email address, country, the product, the amount and which device labels your key is active on. We use these only to manage your licence, refunds and support.
This site
- The site uses no cookies and contains no advertising or tracking code. Fonts and images are served by the site itself.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
If you write to [email protected], your email address and message stay in our support mailbox. That address forwards through Cloudflare's email routing to our mailbox at Google's email service. We only use the conversation to answer you, and we'll delete it if you ask.
Your rights
Under Turkey's personal data protection law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. Payment records kept by Lemon Squeezy are subject to legal retention periods. If you have a complaint, you can contact Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Hasarla's products are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
