These terms apply when you use hasarla.com, Hasarla Desktop and Hasarla KO (“the products”). By using the products you accept them.

Who we are

Licence

• We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the products for personal, non-commercial purposes. The products, their content and the Hasarla brand belong to us.
• The free versions are free. Hasarla Premium and Hasarla KO Pro unlock for a one-time fee; they are not subscriptions.
• A Premium key can be activated on up to 3 devices and a Pro key on up to 3. Keys are personal: they can't be shared or resold.
• You may not copy, redistribute, sell or rent the products, or try to get around the licence check, except where the law expressly allows it.

Purchases

• Sales are made through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record; its terms also apply when you buy. Prices include taxes.
• Your key arrives by email. Your card statement will show the seller as LEMSQZY*.
• You can get a refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked; see the refunds page.

Images you create and share

• Hasarla Desktop works with a picture of your real screen, and in Hasarla KO you can use your own images. The images and videos you make are yours, and you are responsible for sharing them.
• Your screen may show other people's personal information, messages or confidential documents; check before you share.
• Altering and spreading someone's image without their permission can have legal consequences. In Hasarla KO, only use a person's photo if it's you or you have their explicit permission.
• You may not use the products to humiliate, harass or threaten a real person, or to spread hatred.

The products are provided as is

We build the products with care, but we can't guarantee they're free of bugs or that they'll run on every device; they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage arising from using them, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid for that product. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Changes and termination

We may update the products and these terms over time; the current date is shown above. If you seriously breach these terms, your licence may end.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
